# Index Backend Verification (Isolated)

## Summary

The previously reported isolated index-backend write failure is not reproducing on
current builds.

Verified on **2026-02-08** with a fresh store root:

- `POST /v2/graph/nodes` (node 1): HTTP 200
- `POST /v2/graph/nodes` (node 2): HTTP 200
- `POST /v2/graph/edges` (edge doc->topic): HTTP 200
- Control run on `--store-backend fs`: same sequence HTTP 200
- `./scripts/smoke_v2.sh` on index: PASS
- `./tests/integration_v2.sh` on index: PASS

## Re-Verification Procedure

### 1) Start index backend (isolated root + socket)

Expected: all three requests return HTTP 200.
